- $155-$200 per 50-minute session
Insurance
LCS is Out of Network with all insurances. Payment in Full is collected at the time of services. Depending on your current Out of Network benefits, you may be reimbursed by your insurance in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify your Our of Network benefits.
LCS recommends that you ask your insurance provider the following questions to determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include Out of Network mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
LCS accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be charged the full rate of the session.
